We switched from Returnly and are very happy! The team at Atomic returns is very accessible and open to feedback. The front-end user interface is right within our Shopify site (not a separate link), the backend UI is very straightforward, and the cost is significantly less than Returnly. Overall very happy with Atomic Returns and highly recommend Atomic to be your returns app.

MUST HAVE APP - Excellent app that makes the return process easy for the customer and easy for the merchant. The support team are responsive and understand the pressures of running an e-comm business. Took 10 minutes to set-up, easy to update and change the return policies and gives the customer a return portal. 5 Stars!
