Casper ‑ Cart Sync

As a B2B company, we wanted shopping carts to be saved for 90 days instead of 30 days. We submitted a request to Casper, and after 5 days we received confirmation that this had been implemented.

Our customers, who sometimes take several days to complete an order, are very satisfied that they can now continue working on their order across different devices.

This app has been great for our store! Our sales team loves the ability to review and edit carts for their accounts. Clement is also super helpful and speedy with helping to fix issues. (we have only had 1 issue). Highly recommend this app!

A simple yet effective app for a very much needed feature that Shopify lacks, and keeps belittling as of today. Pooff just like that, carts were disappearing. Can you imagine Shopify tokenizes carts and doesn’t sync them across accounts? I know it’s hard to believe. In comes Casper, and without any issues, it just works. Carts are now synced effortlessly between devices for our logged in users. Definitely recommend.
