Firstly, the app does what it says it would do. and is quiet user friendly to use. Looks great as well.
Support however is a bit delayed, had to sent out multiple emails. But they finally acme through.
Overall - Recommended.

A good starting app for offering Cross Sell in store. So far this app has been really easy to use and has enabled us to serve a mix of generic and tailored product recommendations to all customers. The set up was easy and our development team had no problem integrating this into our theme. The Conversion Stats don't seem to be working which means we need to track the use via another method.

Love this app! It sure has been easy to set up their support is great and most importantly it has increased our average sale. My hope is that they will be able to add a hand picked Cart Cross Sell. Overall this app is great and we are happy!
The apps looks great. I haven't use it much yet but I can see the potential and how this will help to increase revenue. They have done the installation and config for me, which is great.

It works! But the interface to assign relationships is painfully clunky and badly needs some rethinking. Very difficult to just visualize what's been set up and what hasn't. If we were larger than we are (more product groups) - we're about 250 products excl. variants - I can't imagine how I could keep this thing up to date. We recently migrated from Nexternal which let us hand pick every relationship for every product which was absolutely awesome but an awful lot of work, so I really appreciate the ability to group similar products rather than only to be able to assign individual products. But by the same token.... maintainability will be a challenge without a better interface.

**Update** - I've updated the review from 2 stars to 4. I can't give a 5 yet, as I really haven't had time to see results. I was contacted almost immediately after I posted my original review, and the issue was resolved.
I installed the app last week. I have added them as a user to finish the code install(s). I am almost through my free trial period, and haven't even been able to use it. Actually, it may be ready, but I have received no communication since the request to add them. I have no idea what is going on, and I'm pretty dissatisfied with their customer service/response.
Hopefully, I can update this review soon.
On my second or third month now. I had very fast response in the beginning, to get me up and going. It was minutes and on an Australian Saturday evening too!
However, with close to 2000 items, to cross-sell, I'm finding it needs some short-cuts, so products can be edited one after another, next, next, next instead of returning to the search.
To clarify that:
Initially I did "fast selling items" which was a collection of 160 items, and I was able to pull that collection, and do next, next, etc.
However, once I'd done that, I wanted to do items without "cross-sells" but I don't seem able to do next, next with that.
Also, the "link together" check box is less than straightforward, and I think "link togethers" down the track, may cancel out previous "link together"
Maybe a "random" option may be helpful. Where if you have 56 "link togethers" for an item, they randomly select the 15 items each time that page is loaded.
None of this is a real criticism, it's just what I find, having many items to work through.
I made suggestions to the developer, and they very quickly got back to me, saying my suggestions would be carried into the further development of the app.
I have 647 more cross-sells to edit, and I'm trying to get them done as swiftly as I can, as I can see the difference having the app has made.
I just wish my initial website builder, had selected Cross-sell instead of Recommendify which is a lot more expensive and not as good.

App is good for basic cross-selling and support was second to none. Stuart responded to me quickly and solved just about every issue I had as quickly as possible. I had these up on the site in 10 minutes.
Simple and straight-forward. Scheduling sales is easy.
