Cross Sell & Upsell by SSC

I'm still a tiny bit in shock at how perfectly and quickly our installation of Cross-Sell went. We took advantage of their free installation and Stuart installed it to our custom site incredibly fast and perfectly. Not only that, he offered to write code that allows us to still show our default related products function as we transition to adding products through Cross-Sell. Finally, he made us aware of an option to add cross sell products to our shopping cart and then installed it for us. Truly one of the best customer service experiences we've had EVER.

Just stopped by to let you know this app just keeps getting better and the support is equal to none. We opened a ticket on a mobile display issue and did not get the follow ups on the auto-reply. They came to our shop and sent us a direct message so we could communicate. Now that's Customer Support! The app looks gorgeous on all the themes we have used and some are not that easy to work with. I used this app to recommend specific products on the product pages and it makes the user experience more meaningful. The backend selection of the related product is intuitive and user friendly too. Amazing customer service!! Thank you all so much for quickly taking the time to fix my issue of wanting to automatically cross-sell products by letting me use the beta reciprocal feature. I just added 3 new products to a collection and instead of having to open all 15 products I was able to add the 3 products and only once have to choose the other products. Once I hit the reciprocal feature they all updated like magic. A HUGE timesaver to say the least. Thanks Again!!~~KathyMac

Great app. Finally we can cross sell the items we choose instead of some random items that may or may not make sense. They have a nice upgrade in beta we are using too!

This app is awesome. Very customizable and looks perfect. Matches my theme style well and is single handedly one of the best cross sell / upsell plugins around. Stuart was a great help and would recommend to all my clients!
