Cross Sell & Upsell by SSC

This app allows you to handpick other products to cross sell to your customers, from both the product page as well as once added to the cart. Some minor customisation is required, all I needed to do was shoot the developer a quick email and they responded swiftly to adapt the implementation to my existing theme colours/fonts and sizing etc. Very impressed with their service and responsiveness.

Great App, extremely easy to use and Stuart is a diamond too. He replied quickly and furthermore sorted my problem out in no time :)

Stuart was super helpful and his customer service well exceeded our expectations. Not only did he help us with setting up and configuring the app, but he went ahead and customised the appearance of it to closely suit the aesthetic of the store.

Wow. I haven't had this great of customer service in years if ever. Stuart contacted me within minutes of me requesting the custom install and had the app live in my store 5 minutes after that. He also practically read my mind and answered the one question I had about the app just before I sent him an email asking about it. Finally, I asked if it was possible to move the Cross-Sell widget to be above a link on the page. Not only was it possible, he replied two minutes later that he had made the change and tweaked the code a little further so that it looked just right. A million thumbs up!

It does everything as advertised, and looks good. I wish I knew whether it was actually driving additional sales for us, but there is no way to check that. Apparently, tracking features are still in development.

If I could give more stars I would..

The support here is beyond great. despite my theme not being supported by cross sell, Stuart went above and beyond and got it working and even customised it perfectly to match out store..

Really simple to use and they customize the App to work nicely on your theme, which is a plus.
Got better prices on shopping carts as well.

Love this app and super customer service! Had a few issues after installation and Stuart was onto it super fast. They even did a free customisation when they realised the issue was more complicated and was going to take a few days to fix. Cross Sell looks great in my store and so easy to use.
