I installed this app as it was recommended to us by another app. Unfortunately the support for the app is very slow and I am getting only 1 reply every 24 hours if I am lucky.

Its been nearly a month since we installed the app and we are still yet to have a working feature which we are paying for.

It could potentially be a good app, however I can't comment as I can not get any help from there team to actually get this up and running in our store.

They also have a live chat feature within the app, however there is never anyone on the live chat and you are advised to send emails.

Don't install this app unless you are willing to wait over a month for support if it doesn't work when first installing.

Great product, great service. Emphasis on the latter as this app has one of the best customer services I've experienced on Shopify. Very quick, very helpful.

The App is good. It is like the description. Just be careful when you receive the new custom template from the Team that all your other apps are synchronized.

Thanks for the kind review! Anything we could have done better? Also, not sure what you mean by "custom template" :) Our app only uses one file, and most modifications happen outside it. Not sure what problems you might have had but more than happy to look into them. Cheers!

Extremely unhappy with the customer service. I specifically asked not to add the app to the current published theme but they went ahead and did so. When I asked to remove the code from the current theme and add it to another duplicate theme, they completely stopped responding to me. I emailed 3x within the span of a week and no response.

**Update** - I've updated the review from 2 stars to 4. I can't give a 5 yet, as I really haven't had time to see results. I was contacted almost immediately after I posted my original review, and the issue was resolved.

I installed the app last week. I have added them as a user to finish the code install(s). I am almost through my free trial period, and haven't even been able to use it. Actually, it may be ready, but I have received no communication since the request to add them. I have no idea what is going on, and I'm pretty dissatisfied with their customer service/response.

Hopefully, I can update this review soon.

I used this app to link lingerie products of the same set. Worked perfectly. Then I ran into some complex problems, emailed the team, they replied within minutes and solved everything perfectly. This is flawless support - full recommendation from my side!
