Cross Sell & Upsell by SSC

Just stopped by to let you know this app just keeps getting better and the support is equal to none. We opened a ticket on a mobile display issue and did not get the follow ups on the auto-reply. They came to our shop and sent us a direct message so we could communicate. Now that's Customer Support! The app looks gorgeous on all the themes we have used and some are not that easy to work with. I used this app to recommend specific products on the product pages and it makes the user experience more meaningful. The backend selection of the related product is intuitive and user friendly too. Great app. Finally we can cross sell the items we choose instead of some random items that may or may not make sense. They have a nice upgrade in beta we are using too!

I've been using an older version of this app for a couple of years on another site I manage. I've looked at other cross-sell apps over the years and again for a new site I'm working on and didn't find any to be as robust as this one. I needed a bit of help with getting things just right on the Mr. Parker theme and Josh got that set up in no time. Highly recommend for anyone serious about taking control of their site's cross-sell/upsell potential on a reasonable budget.
