Great Cross Sell App with a great support team!

We are long-time users and fans of Cross Sell. We've had the app since 2016...it's now 2024! As we've grown and evolved, Cross Sell has supported our growth along the way. Customer Service and Henry from tech support recently helped us with cart customizations. He saved me a lot of time by knowing exactly what to do. We are thrilled with the results so far - Highly recommended.

We've been using Cross Sell & Upsell for several years. The app really helps us share important support products and services for our customers related to our data security solutions on the website. The staff at Cross Sell/Upsell are extremely helpful and responsive when we reach out to them.

Cross Sell is a great value app, that enables us to quickly add like for like products, or products to prompt add-on purchases. It really does work too. We often see a spike in sales of products added to our ‘You may also like’ section via Cross Sell. Most importantly it’s very easy and simple to use. Great value too - it’s already paid for itself!!

really, really smart, well thought out, intuitive, and a pleasure to use - with 900 skus in 16 Collections and 4 Categories, the cross referencing had to be imperative and facile for me - and if Cross Sell were any easier, it would be clairvoyant. Mr. Jones and Company have a true winner.

great app, i find the option of 'hand picking' cross sells really help with sales and a very helpful team who responds quickly : )

Really like this app...for a business like ours where we have many styles and designs of belts that come in multiple colours it is great to be able to promote and group together similar styles. There is no doubt that it helps direct customers, shows that we have a broad range and encourages multiple sales. It is really simple to use which definitely helps and glitch free so no conflicts at all with our site. Definitely one to try!

Ability to add cross-sells to both the product page and cart. Global selections make the process easier as well.

This app is intuitive to use and does the job that is required. The support team were able to customise the look and feel of the images to ensure that they blended with the theme that we are using.
