I am truly shocked that Shopify neglected to recommend these guys. Stuart is right on top of things.. Very VERY helpful and considerate. I really appreciated the way he thought about the workings of our design and taking time to make things look right. I felt I have received great personal service for my brand without feeling I had to beg to get it.

For their price point, they are doing a great job and deserve as much business as we can give them - and NO, they did not pay me to say this! They are just really good, and it is refreshing to find.

Just stopped by to let you know this app just keeps getting better and the support is equal to none. We opened a ticket on a mobile display issue and did not get the follow ups on the auto-reply. They came to our shop and sent us a direct message so we could communicate. Now that's Customer Support! The app looks gorgeous on all the themes we have used and some are not that easy to work with. We use Cross-Sell on our site for over 4,000 products, their support is very quick and helpful. They wen't above and beyond helping us customize their app for our sites needs. The app is very easy to use on the back end and it's easy to stylize for your sites branding.

I would say this is the best app for adding a related products section on your site.

The app is excellent and easily integrated into your store. The support team are extremely helpful, quick to respond and on-hand to help if you have any questions or difficulties setting things up. Couldn't recommend this app and team more.

Great app which has definitely given us lots of value for the money and the customer service is excellent! They give swift support every time I have a question, and when another app was giving us problem they even helped us figuring out why even though the problem wasn't caused by them, that time by D’Angelo Walker.

Very impressed with this app! We wanted a "Complete the look" section for our activewear online shop, and this app was exactly what we were looking for. It's easy to add the cross-sell items and adjust the settings, but the best part is the excellent support! Stuart went completely out of his way to customize the app to fit our theme (Testament), did it quickly and held me updated during the whole process. I had the trial to see if it would be worth the low monthly fee, and by the second day we had already received orders with the outfits we had created, and I'm pretty sure it's thanks to Cross-Sell. If you are looking for a related items app, I recommend Cross-Sell 100%!
