Plus, they went above and beyond the call of duty and created some new logic for us so that if a product was in the cart then it wouldn't display as a cross sell product.

This app does exactly what it's supposed to do, and I have no complaints. I specifically am happy about their support. We requested customizations (adding Product Name + Price copy under the cross-sell products at checkout), and their support team responded in less than an hour and was able to help make the updates. Cross Sell is simple to use -- you'll be up-and-running in minutes. Just download the app and their team of developers will even take care of installation for you! The interface is plug-and-play and very intuitive. The developer was also extremely responsive via email and listened to a couple product features that they're putting on their future roadmap. Five stars for Cross-Sell!

We have had Cross Sell running for around 3 years now. It is an app that we definitely cannot do without. Spending time and putting thought into relating products is well worthwhile, resulting in extra sales, and helps quite often to lift our average order value.
