I would give this app 10 stars if I could. The new reciprocal feature is awesome and allows linking groups of products seamlessly together in one foul swoop.. Excellent support too.. They effortlessly constructed the banner to match my theme and it has transformed my website... this app is a must for growing the number of products in your basket... Love IT !!

This app has a rock solid back-end / administrative dashboard, and the support is absolutely amazing. For those shop owners who are very particular about customizing the look and feel of their theme, Keeping Shop does a stellar job at tuning their app to fit seamlessly with almost any theme, including the high-end themes.

For a small e-commerce like mine (400 products) this is a really must-have app. The option to hand-picked every single related product instead using automatic rules for this size of e-commerce in my opinion gives allows the maximum customization and it's compatible with the number of products (no way to work with thousands and thousands of products).

It was exactly what I was looking for, and I found it. The documentation is very clear and useful (much more impressive that the presentation here). Plus, the app allows to show hand-picked products also to the cart page, and this important feature it's not described here.

The great "plus" is Stuart: we worked together on Sunday, yes, Sunday, and he kept on working until all my requests (that weren't so common) were satisfied!

We downloaded this app after previously using another one that we found was dated and hard to navigate.
Since using this app it was super easy to select hand picked cross sells, the app was easy to use and understand, we found it more modern, and suited our website perfectly.
We've had only one issue with the display pics on website, being a bit out of line (not looking how we wanted it to look) however we emailed the support team and got a super speedy response, henry was so helpful and fixed the issue we had straight away, super easy process! Really enjoying this app! :)

Great app, the developers patiently followed my customization demands, and when I migrated shops they copied over all 62 cross-sells to my new store so that I wouldn't have to do it again manually. Looking forward to continuing to work with this app.

A nice bonus of the app is that you can enter the product cross-sells once and the app will offer the cross-sells both on the Product page and at Checkout. This it great because two functions are done in one app, you don't have to set up cross-sells in two different apps, saves you time if you have a lot of SKUs.

Simple app, quick responses from support, and great functionality. I would definitely recommend! My theme doesn't do a very good job of giving the option to link related products and this app solved that problem.

App works great - but the majority of this review is about the fantastic customer service we received. We were interested in a feature that we couldn't quite implement ourselves, and Stuart quickly worked with us to set things up. Works just as we need it to now!

Nothing is ever too much trouble and Stuart has been five star - so helpful and nothing is ever too much for him. I e-mailed several times and literally within 30 minutes - the problem was sorted - even over a weekend! Well done Stuart!
