These guys were great. I had a vision to use their app in a very unconventional way. 2 weeks of back and forth with their support team, they worked so diligently with me that I felt like I had unpaid employees at one point. This APP was just what I was looking for to be able to run a pre-sale crowdfunding campaign directly from my website! It was straightforward, simple and easy to use! I had a few questions at the end and Julian was an amazing support and guide with his guidance and transparency. As an artist entrepreneur trying to raise funds for my creations, I so appreciate the fact that the monthly fee is all is incurred and not additional percentage is taken as revenue. So honest and fair, thank you!

This app automatically hid the add to cart button when my campaign met its goal, even though I never turned on that option on my campaign.
This should never be an automatic setting as this potentially costed me sales in the period of time where the add to cart button was down.
Based on your feedback, we’ve updated the app’s main Settings form to improve control over the “Hide ATC button” options. Now, there are no default values for those fields, and they’re required. This ensures they’re only applied when you specifically choose them. For each campaign, these fields remain optional, so you won’t have to set them every time; the settings will just fall back to whatever you set globally.

This worked perfectly and allowed me to run a crowdfunding campaign on my website without using a third party service like Kickstarter. I saved a lot of money by paying the monthly Crowdfundr fee rather than paying a % of Kickstarter fees.

Great app for our crowdfunding products. And the customer service is really quick and helpful. Recommended.
This app would be much more helpful if:
Bundles were integrated into the program, allowing users to offer pre-sale packages similar to Kickstarter. Currently, if you use Downpay (the suggested payment app for smaller pre-sale down payments), you can't use a bundle app—which is necessary because Crowdfunder doesn’t support bundling natively.
There were better visual representations of campaign progress. The app currently shows a due date and basic text indicating how far along you are toward your goal, but it could be much better. Aesthetically pleasing progress bars or visual indicators would greatly improve the experience.
We ultimately had to delete the app and build this functionality ourselves.

You’re absolutely right, the current widget is functional but not inspiring, so we’re rolling out a fresh design with multiple style presets (dark mode, retro, party mode, and more) to better fit your brand vibe and make campaign progress feel more tangible.

Great app , and it is well made with professional support and features. It could be easily customized and easy to use.
Used to use it all the time, used to be an amazing app. Now it doesn't work at all, can't even get it to load let alone function. Really disappointed.
