Our courier service lost thousands of dollars worth of inventory for a product launch and we were able to recover in part because of this app! This is a great app that is simple to set up and get running quickly. I was a bit nervous about starting a crowdfunding campaign on my Shopify site but we got funded within two weeks! Customer service was really fast and helpful when we had questions too. I'd highly recommend this app.
