I installed this app on 12/1 and they still can't get it to function correctly on our website. We are using a standard "free" Shopify template. Probably could have coded a version myself by now. Three times they said they fixed the issue but it's still doest' track our campaigns sales, which is kinda the point of the app... I do not recommend this product.
Terrible explanations of how to set up the campaigns and embed on your sites.
Apparently the software is difficult to operate and I didn't find any contact information for your human.

The app didn't work for me. Unfortunately there is no support and the documentation is a mess. Also the App is not embedded in the shopify admin and all the controls are very confusing and hard to understand.

I'm asking for a refund, this app is faulty, unattractive, and tech support will not respond.
I'm not quite sure how this app got it's high rating. We worked with them for 5+ days to get it working like we expected it to work and the last response we received from them was, "There are some glitches with Shopify and we're not fully integrated with them." Really? The whole purpose of getting an app from the Shopify store is so that it's integrated and I don't have to babysit and work code. So yeah, I'm irritated and very disappointed. Good customer service but laking in functionality for sure.
