In the app, you can create a crowdfunding campaign and select which products from your store will participate. Such a product will have a "Fund it now" button (the name can be changed), statistics on donations/pre-orders, goals, and raised amounts. Choose what information to display. Create several backing options with different amounts to see their statistics on the product page. Add a video to the product page to promote your concept. Continue or finish a campaign when you reach the target.

The app didn't work for me. Unfortunately there is no support and the documentation is a mess. Also the App is not embedded in the shopify admin and all the controls are very confusing and hard to understand.
Sorry that you've faced such inconvenience. The online chat inside of the app is disabled due to technical works but we will enable it back as soon as possible. Also, we tried to contact you via email regarding your difficulties with the app but didn't receive a response yet. Please drop us a line at your convenience.
Apparently the software is difficult to operate and I didn't find any contact information for your human.
