Critical.net has greatly improved our processing time on web orders by providing fraud protection. Less headaches figuring out what is legitimate and what is not.
Awesome app! We've had quite a bit of fraud over the years due to the type of products we sell and have used various apps but this is by far the best we've recently started to use! It gives you so much control over so many variables to accept orders or not. Even better is the customer service, they'll help you get things set up and customized for your store. Also so far it seems like they're actively working on new features in the background
Extremely good app for anyone needing in-depth analysis of incoming orders and their risk factors. Andres and Shane took the time to explain everything in great detail both over email and a video chat. If you need order information beyond that which Shopify provides natively, this seems to be the most comprehensive available.
It saves a lot of time for me, as now I don't have to look out for fake orders. Its automation process makes it easy to manage my Shopify store and they have a good support team to assist store owners
