I came across a problem related to order status. I asked for support from CJDropshipping through WhatsApp. My question was replied to within 30 seconds by Bruce Lin. She helped me solve my problem professionally and timely. Thank you again here for Bruce :) Moreover, Rebecca helped me solve the problem of missing product quickly.

Spoke with Alan Yang. He was quick to respond and very helpful. Thanks! With regard to the app though, when you have an order from separate vendors, unfortunately you'll have to make manual orders. But at least the support was great!
