Really happy with the Shopify integration and product listing so far. Being a newbie to this, still trying out new features but Sky Liu, has been such a huge help in understanding the store policies as well as helping me out on a daily basis. Thanks!! Great customer service.
I had an issue with the tracking order and my personal agent Susan helped me out within 5 mins. Also the soucing requests are processed quickly.

100% a much better service that Ali Express. Customer service is always there and ready to Live Chat with you. Had to contact them about a new variant for a product I wanted to sell and Sveta from customer service found the variant for me, and had the team working to list it right away!

Like every starting business, there is always some hic-cups that comes along the way while learning the system and processes. I was lucky to find Rebecca who helped me with my questions and identify and guide me to solve my problem with an order that was sourcing but it went to CJdropshipping instead of the correct vendor that had the product. So far I have a pretty good experience with the service every time I need something.
Cjdropshipping has made my Shopify experience so easy. I also want to give a shout out to my customer service representative Paulo. He was very kind, quick and responsive to my needs.
