CJ Dropshipping Held My Orders for 18 Days
Has anyone else had a terrible experience with CJ Dropshipping?
Because honestly, I don’t understand how this company is still operating like this. They have held my products for 18 days without properly shipping them, without clear answers, and without taking any real responsibility.
Every time you try to get help, they either don’t reply properly, delay the answer, or give some vague excuse that doesn’t solve anything. Meanwhile, customers are waiting, businesses are losing money, and sellers are the ones getting blamed.
Their service is honestly terrible. No urgency. No accountability. No proper communication. Just delays after delays.
And when I look at their Trustpilot, I genuinely question how many of those positive reviews are even real, because the service I have experienced is nothing like what those reviews claim. If so many sellers are having issues, why does their public review profile look so polished?
At this point, I would not recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone. They can hold your orders for days or weeks, ignore the damage it causes, and leave you to deal with angry customers alone.
People should seriously consider using DSers or finding suppliers directly instead of relying on CJ Dropshipping.
Has anyone else had the same issue with them?
The inventory shows it being in the US, and then I confirmed it. I ran ads based on that info, but when the sales came in, I tried to order it, but they removed it. I had to refund the money and kill all the assets I worked for.
Edit! They have fixed the issue I had, so I have to give them 3 more!

Je ne recommande absolument pas cette entreprise. Leur service est très décevant et leur façon de gérer les erreurs est inacceptable.
Ils commettent régulièrement des erreurs, mais refusent presque toujours d’en assumer la responsabilité. Au final, c’est le client qui subit les conséquences.
Récemment, l’un de mes clients a commandé deux pantalons en taille L. Il a reçu un pantalon en taille L et un autre en taille S. Malgré l’envoi de photos montrant clairement la différence de taille, ils ont refusé de renvoyer l’article conforme.
C’est la même chose lorsqu’un remboursement est dû : il faut les relancer pendant des jours, parfois même des semaines. À chaque fois, ils trouvent une excuse, notamment que « le système ne fonctionne pas », ce qui donne l’impression qu’ils cherchent simplement à décourager les clients de poursuivre leurs démarches.
Très mauvaise expérience. Je déconseille fortement.
Order placed February 26, 2026. Never delivered after 35+ days. CJ Dropshipping has a plethora of items for any niche, but if you run into a problem with the support team and get your bank involved they'll shut down your access to their platform, therefore shutting down your store, or any items you rely on them to fulfill. My advice would be to find another supplier with more human empathy, because if you get on their bad side they'll shut you down without any hesitation or information from their part, but they'll always expect you to be patient.
They have a great website full of nice items, but they dont verify the items that vendors post. I have had to refund 3 clients in 6 months. Im sure at one time, this company was doing great. 2025 and 2026 have been disappointing. I was even told when products were no longer avalible, that listing would be removed from my store. Nope, they said I had to go through each one manually to remove. I have over 7000 listings. not happy. its been a waste of time
As a new Shopify user, we want to share an honest and genuine review based on our recent experience with CJDropshipping.
Shortly after launching our store, we followed recommendations from YouTube videos and installed CJDropshipping as one of our first apps. Finalised onboarding, imported products, completed payment details.
Then a customer placed an order, but two weeks have passed, and the order still hasn’t progressed.
The customer service has been extremely terrible, we couldn’t even tell if we were chatting with a bot or a real person (Kevin sometimes).
Whether you’re new to Shopify or an experienced user, please be aware that customer focus here is nearly nonexistent.
So far, we’ve spent nearly four hours on chat support with no resolution.
Imagine trying to retain a customer who has already waited two weeks with no movement on their order.
Extremely disappointed with poor quality of services of CJ Dropshipping.
PRODUIT DANGEREUX ET ILLÉGAL (Réf: SH2603050806051301800). J'ai commandé un échantillon de ce complément alimentaire ingérable pour vérifier sa conformité avant mise en vente sur mon Shopify. Résultat : aucune étiquette en français, pas de marquage CE, aucune liste d'ingrédients conforme. C'est strictement interdit en Europe. Le SAV refuse le remboursement malgré les preuves. Signalement officiel fait à la DGCCRF (SignalConso). Un fournisseur qui cache la non-conformité de ses annonces !
If I could give CJdropshipping a zero star I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! They will say your order is being shipped and then wait almost a week and then say supplier cannot ship order. Once you ask for refund, they will send your refund to their wallet even though you asked for refund to be sent back to your card you used and it will cost you to get that money. STAY AWAY!!!!

this company will turn your life and business to HEL!!!!
1- Their Inventory management is a LIE! in a month i sold around 10 products from CJ and 8 of them ware out of stock and 2 of them took over 25 days and still not delivered and also tracking data shows nothing to say where it is.
2- They just list items that are not even exist. So it is just hurting you and frustrate you
3- IT has not happened but there is a possibility they list and describe something but you will get totally different product.
4- The tracking number they provide is not correct and even exist. They give you fake tracking and it is not accurate. I sole few and immediately they provided a tracking and 5 days later they came back to me and said out of stock. so i dont understand if it is out of stock how tracking gets generated and say it is on the way??!?!?!?!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONNECT MY SHOPIFY STORE TO CJ FOR 3 HOURS, i HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR 3 HOURS AND THEY CANT SEEM TO HELP ME EITHER. MY STORE IS STILL NOT CONNECTED
