I would have to say I am very happy working with the cj dropshipping team. Recently had some help from Alina Liu and she was extremely helpful with salving the problems I've come across. Great app overall also definitely would recommend for your business.
I previously had a terrible customer service experience on aliexpress, but after switching to CJ dropshipping and being paired with my agent Mango and her team, I am pleased to say that all queries, questions and concerns have been covered by my very patient and helpful agent, and always quickly. Hoping this great customer service will continue throughout my partnership with CJ dropshipping!

"I started my online store 2 months ago, and with this app, it has become super easy to add products to my store. What I really like about CJ is their customer support over WhatsApp, which is always active 24/7. As soon as I created my account, a dedicated manager named Chandy was assigned to me. She excels in what she does and goes above and beyond to help. Product sourcing is fast and easy.
So far so good.
In the process of building my store I tried a couple of drop-shipping both not free, Cj is free I only wish I started with them from the start but sometimes we think FREE is not valuable. But loving how simple their system is, and I love how fast I can chat with a human. Thank you Box Chen for being so helpful!!
