Besides, Roxane Liu also shows a thorough understanding of the system and is able to understand the problem I'm facing and give precise solutions for my issue. Even when I overlook some information and ask some stupid questions, she is still being patient and very polite with me! Thank you!

Thanks to Bruce Lin, my issues have been solved fast. He is very helpful and friendly. He also takes initiative and gave me extra suggestions without me asking. Also, he is very patient just like other CJ consultants. I am very satisfied with his service.
