This would be the second time I leave my opinion about the quality service of cj dropshipping, they are listening, answering questions very quickly. I recommend with my eyes closed. Thanks to my agent specifically celia.
I have been informed by email that CJ customer service is available for any questions and help where needed. I got in contact with Ken Yang and got informed very well with his expertise in CJ Drop Shipping methods and interface. The product sourcing process and listing and everything were well handled by his help. Thanks to the customer service team and specifically Ken Yang.

excellent, excellent application. Sita Cui was a big help to me in a big problem situation i had with shipping. the good part about cjdropshipping is they all ready know a lot of the problems ahead of time in regards to shipping so they are able to solve fast. the 24/7 chat support is always good so Sita was able to help solve my problem. they honestly really saved me when i was shipping a bunch of orders. it's also nice to be able to import all your orders and then pay right away and everything gets auto fulfilled. i continue to use CJ over other apps!

I was so frustrated earlier for months I felt I was getting the run around finally after putting a 1 star review Ceci with CJ reached out very polite asked if she could help we screenshot back and forth some minor issues with one order finally we got it delivered and now our frenchiesglobe.com customers can have their beautiful products and we can go one with business as usual
