So far got no complaints. The delivery times are accurate (if CJ says a product will take from 10 to 20 days, it'll probably take 15). Products always come intact.

The Customer service is also amazing. This customer service agent "Violet Su" helped me find where my package was after I was experiencing a bug. Her replies only took a minute each.

Overall the greatest and most reliable supplier on Shopify IMO.

Cheria was extremely helpful and quick to respond to my query about a specific product. I also had a follow up question and again Cheria responded really quickly!

I am very happy with this service.
Even when problems occur, you can resolve them fast with the help of your agents. For example, Donna helped me with a small problem around a customer's address!
