Great customer support from Cole and his other colleagues. They've always been very helpful to me. Not sure why others are complaining about their service. Here is some advice - maybe try being a little more polite when speaking to a rep. Thanks again guys!

This time I spoke with an agent name "Whalen" from CJdropshipping and I figured it out. He/she helped guided me through the process and it was pretty easy if I understood the first time. I just learned some new which will be helpful in the future.
