CJdropshipping: Much Faster

Evitate CJDropshipping, un disastro!
Un cliente ha effettuato l'acquisto di un prodotto tramite il mio shopify.
Il prodotto risultava in Stock per 40.000 items disponibili.
Bene, dopo aver pagato e 5 giorni di attesa mi arriva una mail dove vengo informato che il prodotto non è disponibile. Ho quindi dovuto parlare con l'assistenza di CJ (ci sono voluti altri 4 giorni) per arrivare a capire che sono disponibili altre versioni del prodotto e che il supplier non aggiorna le numeriche relative allo stock degli item.
Sto perdendo la fiducia del cliente per la loro incompetenza. Appena riesco a risolvere questo disastro di ordine procederò a cambiare totalmente ed ad abbandonare CjDropShipping, evitatelo vi fanno fallire!

CJ dropship has excellent customer service. the agents on the online chat were helpful, polite and patient. They answered my questions one by one and helped solve all my issues. On top of that, they have a huge variety of product selection and multiple warehouses across the globe. Not to mention they provide fast shipping worldwide at a decent price. All in all, a very good fulfillment and sourcing company. I would highly recommend CJ to anyone doing dropshipping, even when you have no MOQ.

I've been using CJ dropshipping for a month now and so far they have been really helpful despite of the on-going health crisis. What I like about CJ is you have your own agent that helps out with all your dropshipping needs. My agent Irene Hu, is very very professional and well-spoken. the worst website i ever used in my business system is not done well as well you always will pay more for your order even for small product they will tell you its over weight and let you pay 100s of dollers extra for shipping so its a ripping off system that will show you cheep shipping then you will be ending up paying 100s extra for shipping and you will start losing customers and your business will start making loses
