This platform is awful I have been in business for 20+ years have never had an issue until I add this drop ship platform all the customer who buy the products that come from this platform are complaining and giving my bad reviews and when I contacted PayPal, they then blocked my account, and I am unable to check on my customers orders, unless I with draw my case with PayPal and that was told to me by the platform(CJ shipping)

worst source ever. I would rather use aliexpress than working with this kind of supplier. They sent all my products without any protection and do not accept my refund for damaged goods. Moreover, they still not ship my package after 14 days processing. The first and last time working with .

zero stars would be a better option worst app ever. Customer service knows nothing, takes 6 days to process an order, tracking numbers are useless. Agents never answer chat or emails. I never had one order go through without issues. my update since march 31 orders still not delivered and no refund in sight. Complete nightmare dealing with these idiots stay far away and these 5-star reviews for them are completely fake.
So, everything started really well until my customer receive the products.. And guess what, I made a thank you card, the thank you card wasn't on the packaging. The bubble colomuns wasn't on the packaging as well. To sum up half of my packaging was sent to my customers. Hope their logistic becomes better in the future but so far ..

Rubbish company, keep update the policy without inform to users. Continue set trap on overweight to let us to pay extra amount. COmplain so many round still no improvement.. lousy service and causing my company keep complaining by customer due late delivery more than 1 month , causing customer send police report on my company due to This rubbish CJ.. Seriously they always using free video as required pay video,. The video is totally free. Not make by CJ.. we all know.. they will to scam new beginner on dropshipping. The management on CJ is very bad. Always never come out said sorry to Us due to their delay on deliver.. I'm suggest your to use better dropshipping company compare CJ

This is a real review not fake like 99% of the other reviews. It has been 1 month since we started using this app , they could only deliver 1 order out of 16 orders. Orders are showing no progress since more than 5 weeks. Customers are calling us everyday and we have no explanation to make. They only create an electronic shipping label but they do not actually ship the items. Stay away from this company, It is not worth to lose your hard earned reputation!!!

This app was very hard to use, and when I was trying to list items on my store, the shipping of my product wasn't set to the ordinary price, instead set at 60-70 dollars! Many of the dropdown menus didnt even show up for me, and the wrong information kept on showing up on my product. The product descriptins were very wary and unclear.i wouldn't recommend this app to anyone. I have wasted my time and energy on this horrible app.

I am so disappointed with CJ dropshipping! Because they never keep customer's winner product information as private! As mentioned in earlier, I requested they keep all of my product sourced privately but they always open to public! All my effort was stolen by other competitors! After I place the order, they told me after TWO WEEKS that the items is out of stock! There is no reason they realize the product out of stock AFTER TWO WEEKS! Because of that, I received tons of disputes from my customers and this issue make me lost a lot of money and also customers! I really dissapointed!

Embarrassing... I have 200+ items listed on my website from CJ - with my first 20 orders from customers almost EVERY order had an out of stock item. I was told it's normal and even when I am listing items they can't ensure items are in stock....They told me the "pieces in stock" numbers on their listings were a lie. THEN some of the items customers chose for exchanges ALSO were not available!!!! They said the best way is to purchase inventory but thats not TRUE dropshipping as their business name is "CJ DROPSHIPPING" I am so frustrated and disappointed. They say there's no way to update inventory daily but when this is your literal job...they need to find a way.
