I have been working with CJDropshipping for over two months now, I believe. I've had the best customer service with Lea & Arlene. Lea and Arlene have been very helpful, patient, informative, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend.

I contacted customer support due to an issue with fulfilling a mixed-vendor order. Bonnie Gu initially responded and attempted to guide me through the process with the "batch update to orders" feature. However, this led to an unintended disconnection of all items in the order. The situation was made more difficult when the conversation with Bonnie was left unresolved.

Fortunately, Suki Huang stepped in and was instrumental in clarifying the confusion. Suki provided comprehensive answers to all the questions and navigated us through the correct process to isolate and address the issue with the item from the other vendor. The assistance from Suki was a stark contrast to the earlier part of the exchange, demonstrating both professionalism and a commitment to resolving customer issues.

I am grateful for Suki's intervention, which ultimately rectified the situation and allowed me to complete the order for my customer. The support provided by Suki was a redeeming aspect of the service experience.

ZERO STARS!!! FRAUD !!! BEWARE!!!!
I ordered mid august & by mid September the package sat for over 2 weeks at the local delivery station due to “weather delay” . When I reached out to them they let me know tjay the package was lost & that they emailed the company to let them know as well. Reached out to customer support to file a dispute for my package & now it’s mid November & I’ve had to file a dispute with my bank because they’ve STOLEN MY MONEY AT THIS POINT . After even getting proof themselves that my package was lost , they refused to refund me & instead wanted me to pay them MORE MONEY to reship it from china again FOR THEIR FUCK UP . After letting them know I already reported them for fraud & disputed their charge to my bank , they blocked my Cj account completely .

I am still getting the hang of the software as a whole but it has really made things easier for me. On top of that the customer service is awesome. I just had a chat with my dedicated support Arlene from CJdropshipping and the experience has been wonderful, she helped me out effectively.
