I have been using this app now for a while and I have had no issues. It is a super easy setup and navigation. If you have an questions there is a chat page or you can speak or text with your own personal agent. I have been lucky to have 2 agents. Celia - which was sad to see her go and now Marco who is proving to be just as efficient. So download and get ahead of your game. Shipping is not too bad and has been about 14 days for the products I have tested.
