So far a very pleasant experience with the platform in general, very friendly customer service and good delivery times even in the current situation.

Sulee li, i contacted Cj Dropshipping costumer service to solve a problem and she (Sulee li) was very kind and helpful.

Lydia Wang always comes to the rescue answering all my questions very quickly, CJ is the easiest app to navigate and customer service is great!

Support is excellent whenever needed.1 or 2 issues with the functionality of cj dropshipping however all was done to resolve the isuues and i highly recommend cj.

Talisa was very fast responsive and always willing to help. I recommend for everyone but particular those who are starting off in dropshipping and need more assistance.
