Good, fast customer service! Abby Lu has been great customer service, Janet too! Response times are very quick and they send screenshots to help resolve issues.

I am a budding entrepreneur like so many others and came across CJ Dropshipping at the recommendation of a friend. I have not been disappointed! It can be a bit intimidating starting out. Finding just the right product that you would like to offer your customers is the easy part. But, better than that is the customer service I have received thus far. The questions I have had about the orders fulfillment process and whether certain items were still in stock were immediately answered from half a world away! I am looking forward to continuing business relations with CJ DropShipping. My experience so far has been great and don't see that changing anytime soon! I'm just happy to know they are patient enough to take the time and energy to answer my questions! Thanks for your help and assistance, Cheria!

When you are new to dropshipping, this is by far the best company to work with. They automise the entire process, so all you have to focus on is marketing. Once you sell a product, you just sync it on their app and the rest is done by them. They also give you a fixed person from support, who is even available through WhatsApp which is an amazing feature. The girl helping me is Jenna Zhu and she is just super helpful with anything I need.

I am very happy with this app, they have a 24 hour WhatsApp for support and are super helpful. Angel, my agent is very knowledge and when I get stuck, Angel takes screenshots to help guide me through the process step by step! Highly recommend!
