CJdropshipping: Much Faster

On 9/12/2021, I reached out to them because my Google Merchant account was suspended because of their API. I sent them the files through the in app messages. I was told by Box Chen within 2 days they should have an answer as to what happened. So fast forward Wednesday, September 15, 2021: Tried to reach out repeatedly within the app but no one responded last night. Not only did they not respond... I tried to submit a complaint and they blocked it. I took screenshots of everything I wrote for proof... and I will recored this complaint as well. My question to Shopify is why are Merchants allowed to take advantage of consumers like this and they do nothing to repair the damages they've caused to a shops Google account. I have spent months getting items and placing them in my store. That means I have spent more than 40 hours a week listing their items into my store.

The best app if you are opening a Dropshipping business. The agent Nicky is so fast and lovely. I learn a lot of things with her and she was always helping me all the time.

CJDropshipping is one of the best suppliers you can ever find. Shipping times and cost of goods are extremely good. Customer support is on another level. If you get a concern, it can be fixed within minutes. The best part is, you get an agent assigned to you personally. I would like to shoutout Ceci Liu, one of the best agents I have ever spoken to. She helped with everything I had and helped me improve my business a lot.

If you are looking for a good supplier, but aren't sure who to pick, CJ is your choice.

I had an intriguing question regarding a ticket, but it became clear and quick when I spoke to Angel Li from the help desk.

This app is very good and if you need help there is a section with the tutorial for use the app and a person that help you if you need, in my case I talked with Harris that is very helpful and kind.

Im must say Fanny from CJ is absolutely amazing! She has helped a great deal with understanding the process of shipping and receiving. Fanny has spent lots of time on chat with me about business and the process and answered many questions and guided me threw the first order. As a result I was able to fulfil the first order and in process of being shipped out. Have the shop app for the tracking and it’s amazing to get your first order delivered!!! Thanks Fanny xoxo
