TOTAL SCAM BE CAREFUL !! Be aware that all positive feedbacks here are FAKE. Before each order they send you a message asking to add a review on Shopify. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I paid for a big order and 40 days after it was not shipped. I asked why, and they told me I had to pay 100$ additional fees. And the following day they just blocked my account and stole my money. I never got a refund and never received what I have paid for. Hopefully, I opened many chargeback with my bank and they will soon be very surprised. My advice : NEVER BUY ON CJ !!! AT SOME POINT THEY WILL STOLE YOUR MONEY. There is a very good alternative : find an agent on Alibaba. It’s less expensive with better shipping fees and delays, and Alibaba will protect your money. Don’t trust feedback there, they are all FAKE and I reported this to Shopify.

CJ dropping is great in terms of shipping. Hugo Hu who is our support representative at CJ Dropshipping is indeed an absolute great with his service whose responses and actions are faster when contacted for any help. They even source products that are not available on their platform upon request. CON: This is in regard to processing time delays from what they actually mention for each product on their product page. Everytime an order is placed, we had to contact the support representative, to get it processed for delivery in their normal processing time. This may be a deterrent if many orders are to be placed. We hope CJ dropshipping will improve this by processing orders within their regular processing times mentioned for their products and without being contacted for each order. We hope to update this review later in 4 to 6 months with more stars and good customer experience.

good app that have very meny products chose between butt the shiping cost is just way to high on meny off the products and that makes them unprofiteble because i cant have my custumers paying shiping that is even more expensive then the products they are buying and this is something i think needs to be fixed before i give you a five star review
I wish I can give a 0 star review. I mentioned Eric was helpful before, but after being helpful for 1 day and asking a favour from me to leave a 5 star review here, he has been absent for several days. (i guess he's really enjoying his days off) His backup colleagues are UNWILLING to help at all, they keep saying they will find his email for me but never did. I asked to switch for another "dedicated" agent. Here comes Leanne whatsapping me. She's able to be responsive, but when being asked to do sth, she is never willing to work. ^^ In the end? I have to refund my customer, just cause they failed to update the stock feed on their site, and ALSO failed to inform me even after I have raised my concern for the stocks. (she's unwilling to check the stocks' availability) I thought to give them another go and found a new product. AGAIN, when I asked about some details of the product. She failed to contact the supplier. It has been the 4th day, and still she couldn't find the supplier. lol I wonder how hard could it be to get in touch with someone these days!
