CJdropshipping: Much Faster

All the agents on the platform have always treated me very well and been very friendly. When I raise a problem with them, 90% of the time they solve it quickly or tell me what solution I should take. As for the platform, it is not very intuitive. It is quite difficult to link products to the store and understand the entire process involved in shipping to the customer. The platform could be greatly improved. Its employees are all very professional.

Kerin has been very helpful. Fast with his replies. Speaks good English. Many have not been as attentive but Kerin has been great!

Carman Wu was extremely helpful and efficient. She solved my shipping issue quickly and guided me clearly through every step. Really appreciate her excellent service!

I find CJ human agents like Sini Liu extremely helpful in tracking order although the platform can be intimidating and could do with a better overal design they have helped drive my business on platforms such as Shopify and eBay.
