CJdropshipping: Much Faster

CJ has lots of varieties of product that you can source in your website. I think the price is a bit expensive for other dropshipper who want to sell in the retail price. Also, the customer service is good but its very time consuming. Because the respond is very slow for the customer support. Joean Gu and Arina Dong recently helped me with my query. However, I find sometimes, they don't understand me well. I would like the agents to improve their english more so we can have a better business. Otherwise, overall its not bad.

Good platform with a large selection of products and competitive prices. However, product info is often incomplete or missing. Leah was very helpful in providing the needed details.

J'aime la plateforme, car il est tout-en-un et il y a une équipe active pour répondre aux questions. Mais je trouve un peu complexe l'ajout de produit dans la boutique et aussi la suppression de certains produits, notamment POD enregistré dans mon espace personnel.

I had a little doubt about some details on Paypal and Leah helped me and clarified it! She is very nice and answers in a satisfying way.

I wish the processing time was less than 3 - 5 days we could scale quickly, but for the rest I like everything about CJ!

this app for order fulfilment is the best i have ever used! The cost of goods is extremely low and the customer service is impeccable especially Sini and Leah. The only reason i am giving it 4 stars is because the shipping + processing times are quite long (20 days ish) but still better than most other fulfilment company's.

Great site for dropshipping products! Moreover, if you need any additional information on the product, I was very satisfied with my customer support Leon Chen, who was very helpful and and answered my questions very fast.

The only cons I would see are that there are a lot of products without reviews or some products are not so easy to find

My agent Fiona is always very helpful. Sometimes packages take a bit longer than usual to arrive but Fiona usually helps resolve any issues in a timely manner.
