CJdropshipping: Much Faster

I've had a fantastic experience with CJ Dropshipping! Their customer service truly stands out – the agents are always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. It's reassuring to know that if I ever have questions or run into issues, I can count on CJ Dropshipping's support team to provide solutions promptly.

Additionally, their app is a joy to use. It's incredibly user-friendly, even for someone like me who isn't particularly tech-savvy. I can easily manage my store, add new products, and keep track of orders without any headaches. The app's intuitive design has streamlined my dropshipping operations and allowed me to focus more on growing my business rather than getting stuck in complex software.

It was the first order on my Shopify store that I was trying to fulfill through CJ. I was lucky that my online agent was Arlene Nong, who was able to resolve the issue in no time. On the other hand, CJ appointed Chandy Chen as my personal agent, and she also has excellent skills and helped me efficiently through my other orders.

Both have excellent communication skills and are fully knowledgeable, not only in CJ but also in Shopify settings also. With their patience and help I was able to fulfill the first couple of orders. My settings through Shopify and CJ were not proper and the orders couldn't be fulfilled. So both guided me through both platforms and got all issues sorted!

CJ Dropshipping app has worked flawlessly since I began using it for my store. It’s quick and convenient, as well as user friendly. When I did have questions, my agent Chad Wen and the team have been wonderful. They provide quick service with detailed information to guide me. Very impressed and I will continue to use this app & CJ Dropshipping for my business needs!
