I asked for a product that I couldn't find in the shop. Then I asked an agent (Suki Huang) and she sent me the link of the product whithin 2 minutes, which helped me to do my work much faster than it would have taken.

I’m more than sutisfied with the amazing Job of the Agent LUNA. She is always friendly and takes care of any issue that I have with professionalism and kindness.

Doki Huang is the best support agent I ever had experience with... She really is a gem and CJdropshipping team should reward her before she starts working for someone else (probably me lol) CJ Overall is not the best supplier you can have but for beginners kinda OK.

I have to say that Alan helped me completely, quickly and efficiently, even though I'm a beginner and I didn't understand some things right away, because I was dealing with them for the first time! So 5 stars for Alan!
