The app is easy to use, but customer service is very good too. Merchants are assigned an account assistant (mine is the wonderful Camilia) and if they aren't online when you need help, another assistant will pick up. The other plus is that Titles and Descriptions are in good English!

The CJ team including Zoey has been really responsive and helpful. They got me situated with CJ so quickly that I am happy to be with them. Plus with their customization services and POD services, not to mention my own personal agent, they got my business up and running so quickly! Thanks
