Excellent platform for dropshipping! I was impressed by the vast selection of trendy products at competitive prices. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through categories. A special shout-out to the customer support team, especially Yori Lin, who provided exceptional service—she was professional, patient, and guided me through the entire process smoothly.

One minor downside is that some products have limited photos, and the search function could be more refined to make finding niche items quicker. However, overall, I’m very happy with the experience and highly recommend this site to other dropshippers!

Great app, I am appointed an account manager, Dolly who is really helpful. With a lot of other apps you are sort of abandoned and left do it on your own, but whenever I have any issues, concerns or queries, I can ask Dolly and she always provides great support. It really helps streamline things. I also like that I am in control of ordering the products which I like and it's very easy to track the cost of items. Highly recommend.

So far so good. The app for sourcing products has been very easy and more automated than most, even the ones that say they are automated becomes a fiasco. Cjdropshipping is cheaper and has very good products with easy steps to fulfill. Pauling was my customer service rep who helped me split orders because I had a couple items that was not sourcing through cjdropshipping and she was super fast and made it very easy for me.
