Im must say Fanny from CJ is absolutely amazing! She has helped a great deal with understanding the process of shipping and receiving. Fanny has spent lots of time on chat with me about business and the process and answered many questions and guided me threw the first order. Aoki is fantastic in helping me as a new seller in the many questions I had and any problems. I'm selling in Amazon and have a few problems/questions on Amazon and Aoki has been very responsive. I recommend CJ for a new seller as every Merchant gets an their own agent to work with. Very responsive and better than a general help with a different person each time.

I am still getting the hang of the software as a whole but it has really made things easier for me. On top of that the customer service is awesome. I just had a chat with my dedicated support Arlene from CJdropshipping and the experience has been wonderful, she helped me out effectively.

Really Satisfied with the service you'll get with Cj. Fast delivery, valid tracking number and a personal Assistant you can reach out to all the time. In my case Kris helps me with all the questions I have and reaches out to me if there are any troubles with the backend. They even help you source the products pretty quickly. Great Service!
