The best thing they have is their service, in our case, Mandy Liu helped us to plan a trip to china, develop many products, improve our quality, and more! We always got a very nice service from her and that's why we stick with CJ dropshipping.

It's the only platform that has this kind of "agent" support. The quality is amazing, Mandy's English is VERY good, we did lots of videocalls to solve problems and she could handle thousands of inquires from our 30+ people staff.

Even if things seem impossible and/or beyond their control, they do everything in their power to fulfill orders, provide missing information about Products like Certificates, etc. as quickly and efficiently as possible and keep me informed along the way. Like every starting business, there is always some hic-cups that comes along the way while learning the system and processes. I have been using CJ Dropshipping for a while, loading up my store with products and have just done my first mock order. I have had a few issues with use but have had my queries quickly resolved with my agent Sita Cui. Sita replies very quickly and has a wealth of knowledge regarding anything CJ. The service has been amazing so far. I would recommend this site, it's easy to use, the prices are great and the there is a wide variety of products to choose from and customer service is some of the best I've had. excellent, excellent application. Sita Cui was a big help to me in a big problem situation i had with shipping. the good part about cjdropshipping is they all ready know a lot of the problems ahead of time in regards to shipping so they are able to solve fast. the 24/7 chat support is always good so Sita was able to help solve my problem. they honestly really saved me when i was shipping a bunch of orders. it's also nice to be able to import all your orders and then pay right away and everything gets auto fulfilled. i continue to use CJ over other apps!
