I've been using CJDropshipping for a long time now, maybe about 1 year I think. Their service has always been excellent. They're quick to answer any questions or concerns I have and I never have to wait long for a response. I've found their pricing surprisingly competitive when comparing to private dropshipping agents and other dropship apps. They're also really efficient at sourcing new products ... And the most important, my agent Fanny Wang is always able to provide me the best answer to all my questions.
Every time I run into any problem i just need to contact my assigned agent, Grace Li, for help. She has been amazing in making my life easier dealing with my dropshipping orders. CJ is fast in shipping. and customer support is best

Apart from what CJ offers generically, this 5 star is for April. I must say the communication part of CJ is really good. April has been in communicating with me on several matters for a long time. She is always considerate, punctual & very helpful. Impressive customer service.
