The CJ app takes away a lot of manual tasks. You can link your store and orders will sync from your store with tracking links updating automatically so that your customers get updated. Having a dedicated agent is really useful as they can help with any queries you have. I've found the agents to be really helpful. My agent is Tiffany.

CJ Dropshipping is by far the best app for fast shipping, quality products and great customer service. They assign you a personal customer service agent you can always count on. My agent Cherry Xu is always there to help with any issues or concerns that arise. I would highly recommend this app for anyone getting into drop shipping.
