CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!
I have orders that have been in the "processing" stage since January 25th, today is February 12th!!!! I've been chatting with customer service every night for weeks, and each time I get a different reason as to why my orders haven't been mailed. My customers are starting to ask for refunds now. Every day I get at least two emails requesting refunds from customers. CJ Droppshipping SUCKS big time!

the best app to start, very intuitive, has very good customer support, and loads of youtube content.
At first, I needed clarification on what I was doing or feeling sketchy when using customer support to ask a question and where to guide my answer. After talking to the person on customer support they gave me clear answers and I feel more trusted with cj dropshipping. Whenever you have a question go to customer support and talk to your agent they will guide you in the right direction.
