Jesse is hands down one of the best customer service representatives I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I asked a lot of questions about CJ, but Jesse took the time to listen and address my needs. She was patient, and understanding, and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I truly felt like I was her top priority and that She genuinely cared about my satisfaction.

We have been using CJ's now for a couple of weeks for sourcing products for our dropshipping stores as we were having major issues with Aliexpress. We have our personal agent who helps us work directly with the suppliers to help. find exactly what we need. Our agent is called Katy and she is absolutely amazing. Katy always answers really quickly, is able to source what we need and even helps ensure that our orders get to our customers as quickly as possible.
