This app truly makes dropshipping smooth and stress free. The interface is intuitive and integrates perfectly with Shopify, saving me so much time managing orders. I love the wide range of products and the reliable shipping options, plus, the customizable packaging gives my brand a more professional touch.
The dedicated agent system is a huge plus! My agent is always responsive, helpful, and ensures every order is handled efficiently. Their customer service team also deserves credit for being friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues.
Overall, this app has been a game changer for my business. Highly recommended for anyone serious about scaling their store with confidence!
CJ is an excellent site for those who decide to do dropshipping. They have a very large catalog, also for wholesale purchases. I am assisted by a personal agent, EILEEN, who is very professional and kind, helping me choose products and supporting me with any issues related to my Shopify site. Excellent.
Do not use this company in the US because they have poor customer service and will delay your orders consistently. Their inventory is never accurate, and the quality of their products are getting worse. This must be acceptable internationally, but I guess that is what you get for free dropshipping company.
Working with CJDropshipping has been a great experience, our agent Krise Qi has always been extremely kind and fast to respond to any of our requests or issues. Having worked with them for almost a year now I must say I am very happy with the service they provide.
I’ve paid over $200,000 USD to CJ, and it’s been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My account was handled by Seema under Abby’s management team, but despite the high volume of business for more than six months, Abby never properly supervised her agent. Seema made over 20 serious mistakes in a single month, costing us more than $10,000.
On top of that, CJ repeatedly withholds deposits and refuses to refund them, constantly coming up with new excuses. It’s a pattern — they take your money and will keep taking more if you let them.
Leah provided relentlessly thorough support to assure our store was synching properly. As you can imagine, the glitch was a bit unusual, but Leah walked through the process troubleshooting "outside of the box" with positive effect. Looking forward to the future working together with CJ.

Très bonne expérience sur Cjdropshipping avec le service clientèle...j'ai eu la chance d'être aidé par Angel Li. En fait, je leur ai demandé de me chercher une commande et j'étais un peu frustré parce qu'il me semblais qu'ils ne comprenaient pas ce que je leur demandais et j'ai même cru qu'ils avaient fait une erreur d'adresse de livraison, mais l'erreur venait de moi !! Ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié c'est que, Angel Li est restée très polie et très patiente pendant tout le processus et elle a rapidement trouvé la solution !! Quel excellent service Angel Li ! DO NOT TRUST CJdropshipping — Our Real Experience
We trusted this company and ordered 1 item — and then the nightmare began. This company really doesn’t know how to do business and is unreliable. If you plan to work with them, here’s exactly what will happen to you, in the order it happened to us — because we lived it.
1- We placed the order on September 12, 2025 — delivery date showed September 29, 2025 (at least 17 days for delivery). This is a disgrace. Orders are delivered late.
2- Our customer bought the Ribbed V-Neck Wide Strap Tank. They regretted it immediately because the product was so bad it wasn’t even a product — the fabric wasn’t fabric. We were utterly embarrassed in front of our customer and couldn’t even answer them. This is shameful. They say every product is inspected, but that’s a lie — if they had actually inspected, they wouldn’t have dared send such garbage. We have no idea how they had the nerve to ship that. (Understand what you’re buying before working with this company.)
3- Our customer wanted to return the item immediately — understandably. Normally returns are paid by the buyer, but how can we ask the buyer to pay return shipping to China for an item that is literally trash? Return shipping would cost more than the product. This is even worse. (If you work with this company, this is another problem you’ll face — we’re ashamed to even write this while they have no shame shipping garbage.)
4- We immediately opened a ticket and emailed them on September 30. Guess what — they replied on October 6. No joke. We’re about to lose our minds. This company doesn’t understand e‑commerce: merchants must respond to customers within about 2 hours (worst case 24 hours on weekends). CJ took 6 days to reply. This is a disgrace. If you work with them, be prepared to be embarrassed in front of your customer — support replies take 6 days and you will lose customers and reputation. For customer service we had to act immediately: we refunded the customer in full, apologized, and issued a gift voucher — but the ad spend, effort and time we spent to make that sale are gone. That customer will never buy from us again because CJ sent trash.
5- When they finally replied, what did they say? It’s not worth reading, but know this: they shamelessly told us to send the garbage back to their China warehouse so they could refund us. By then we had already thrown the item away and refunded the customer. Now they’re asking if we returned it to their China depot — seriously? Product $30, shipping $40 — the product is trash. (In short: CJdropshipping won’t stand behind their products, they won’t refund you properly, they humiliate you against your customer and write arrogant emails.) If you plan to work with them, think twice.
We lived all of the above — experienced it firsthand. If you want to be scammed, lose money, lose customers, lose reputation, and receive patronizing and useless support emails, then go ahead and work with CJdropshipping. The choice is yours — don’t get involved; take our advice and avoid them.
CJ Dropshipping has been an excellent partner for my store. Their platform is user-friendly, with a wide variety of products and reliable shipping options. The integration with Shopify is smooth and makes managing orders very simple. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and highly recommend CJ Dropshipping to anyone starting or scaling their e-commerce business.
