I had an excellent experience with Yuliya Chan's customer service! It was the first time I was ordering samples for my store and I was stuck in the process! With a lot of patience she guided me, shared the steps and even finalized a part of the process that I was not able to understand. She explained everything to me and now I'm able to make the next orders by myself! Thank you so much Yuliya, I'm very happy to have you as a supporter in this process of making my dream come true!

I highly recommend CJ Dropshipping as your supplier. The setup is easy and if you are ever stuck on something there are a ton of videos to help you out! Connecting products, creating custom packaging, and fulfilling orders has never been easier. My Agent, Mango has been amazing. If I ever have any problems, questions, or concerns she is always there to help me in any way possible. She is super quick to respond. Mango is amazing and I am grateful she is on my team!

CJdropshipping customer service, but especially Niky my personal Agent has been amazing. Even if things seem impossible and/or beyond their control, they do everything in their power to fulfill orders, provide missing information about Products like Certificates, etc. as quickly and efficiently as possible and keep me informed along the way.
