Although it is hard start for me, CJ dropshipping seems to be more simpler and convenient for especially someone like me trying to start up a business. I rate 5 stars for its Customer service provider that has helpful staff, I thank Marian Chen for your continuous effort in trying to help me and the promptness and positivity of your response makes me believe I can start a successful dropshipping business in the near future.

So far, any questions I have asked have been answered. Anything that could not be answered in the moment, they have opened a ticket for me to make an inquiry with the supplier! I definitely feel welcome answering questions, which is nice when you are still learning. My most recent interaction was with Saturn and they were very helpful!

Yana is a good service agent, hope it would be more visable of the products stocking, we need to be faster.

CJ has been pretty easy to use, although the site is a little outdated and slow but overall Ive had a good experience with it. Their customer service is awesome. Angel has been really great and very patient with me asking a million questions. She's been very thorough and helped explain things in an easy to understand way which I appreciate. Especially being a new business owner and just starting to deal with ecommerce and inventory. It can be overwhelming but she has made the experience better for me. Thanks Angel!
