Special mention for the quality after-sales service and for the agent Hedy who gave me an exceptional welcome to guide my first steps. He answered all the questions very quickly with personalized tutorials through screenshots. This professionalism is highly appreciated.

Worst experience ever. They're scammers, do not use. They blocked my account for trying to cancel orders. I can't even talk to an agent cause my account has been blocked. Now I'm out 5,000 dollars because of these scammers. DO NOT USE!

Christina Chen always does a great job assisting me. My only issue is that I would prefer to really have 1 go-to agent as opposed to having to use the chat because I don't always get the answer I need from other agents.

CJdropshipping has very poor shipping service. I have placed an order 20 days ago and the estimated delivery time was 6 - 10 days. after 20 days of placing the order. I received a CJ ticket today saying that they do not have these colors. I have placed another order for 6 - 10 days delivery and after 8 days of placing the order. The order is still not shipped after 8 days. very disappointed. This will damage my customer service and my customers. Do not buy from Cjdropshipping
