Hi! I’m a new dropshipper working with shopify ans one of your advisor came to me out of kindness offering his help named Cherry Xu It’s a pleasure to be able to work with cjdropshipping.com

A large variety of products and usually ships on time. Would have given it a 5 star but recently the support on channels like CJ live chat and tickets have been slow or non-existent. There are always 20+ people ahead of me in the queue when I try to live chat, which was not the case when I first started using CJ.

I managed to get support through whatsapp and Fionnula's service was great. If I could get support like this all the time I would give CJ a 5 star.

I am new to drop shipping method. I received my first order for CJDropshipping. My order failed on Shopify due to some technical issue. Then I contacted CJDropshipping help. Ken of CJdropshipping went over the whole issue and helped me by giving step by step support and guidance.

Good service! I was helped by Joyce who answered my questions. Joyce answered multiple questions that i had.

So far, I'm just starting to get into CJ, but the customer support is incredible! I had so many questions and Bonnie Gu answered them all. I thank her because she's helped me a lot, and she weven went out of her way to stay up until midnight in China to talk to me. Very happy with the customer service. 10/10

AN ABSOLUTE DISASTER!

Placed several orders and paid extra for (4-9 days) shipping. It's been 4 weeks now and I've just received 30% of my items. 1 came damaged and 2 items were totally different then what I ordered. I want to warn EVERYONE for this company. The delivery times they try to convince you with are not correct at all! My first but absolutely last order with this company called CJ Dropshipping!!

getting worse day by day, gave it a chance couldnt handle 30 order with shipping time, had order 10-11 days not shipped, made me lose money all together

I had some questions during the weekend so my personal agent was not able to help on time. Bonnie has been very helpful to me. Now I can take a step forward with my shop preparation et procedures.

I like the app and facility to source products. My agent Phoebus is really helpful and always helps me out with any of my concerns. The only reasons from not getting the 5th start is that some times products are listed but when you order you discover they are discontinued and shipping times and prices increased overnight for no reason... Apart from that I would give it a 5/5!!

I'm convinced these 4-5 star reviews are fake. Placed an order and there is no activity on it after 10 business days. It just says processing. Deleting the app asap. I Don't Recommend!
