Especially the fact that we have an agent assigned to us, Shelly has been incredibly responsive and makes sure we have everything we need, she has made our experience very very good. We ordered products for an event/trade show we are participating in, and they got it in for us on time. Also, they noticed a few damaged products before shipping and reached out to us to let us know, about replacing the damaged products. All the products we received were in perfect condition. Most of the products at our store are actually sourced from their listings.
